I can't seem to find anyone that will make me a copy. All my family in the photo all dead. The photographer is unknown and also dead (no one to obtain a copyright release form); his business is no longer in existance. What can I tell these $6.00 clerks in electronic/photo stores to convince them to copy my family photo? Any advice would be appreciated. All material created prior to 1923 is currently in the public domain. If you can provide verification of the date, they should be able to help you. Otherwise -- use the self-service scan to photo print machine at Kinko's Kmart, Walmart or Target. FOr more info about copyrights, visit www.copyrightpros.com
