I developed this system to do my job more efficiently. I initially developed this system on my own home computer on my own time then transfered it to company computers (when they finally bought the upgraded MS Access). I have provided copies of the initial system to several other Project Managers to track their projects. : : Now I am looking at leaving the company and want to develop this system further and possibly market it to similar construction firms for a Project Management tool. I have been told that since (1) it was "improved" on company equipment and (2) that I gave it freely to others to use that I no longer own the Intellectual Property Rights for this system - my company does.
