Would a person be infringing? Assume somebody takes a photograph of an indvidual looking at newstand full of magazines all from the same week. All the covers can be easily seen and identifiable. IE: Time, Newsweek, People, etc.. Now the individual wants to market that photograph as a poster or other markeble item.
Assuming valide copyrights exist on all or some of the covers on the publications, is this or is this not copyright infingement and why. Try to be specific.
