Arthur Auslander : I do have a copyright notice, but I am not sure if it only covers the contents. I also have a trademark on the name, so my concern is not necessarily for the protection of the name. How would I go about copyrighting the designs? Dear Mr. James, It is time for you to consult an Intellectual Property lawyer you can trust so that you can confirm that what you have done is correct and proper. The designs are too abstract to know what you mean, what they are and how to protect them if, they can be protected. Save a buck and do it without a lawyer you can trust. If you screw up, then you really have cost and pain and suffering. I don't trust doctors but I have managed to find ones that I can trust. My opthamologist, is not only good, he gives insight into other concerns and can recommend other doctors that can be trusted. My GP can say to me, I don't know, but if you are concerned you can go to another doctor, that I can even recommend if you want, who might take X rays and tests, "why don't you just wait and see if the pain goes away" M.
