Dear Mr. Trainer, It is my belief that the download, it an infringement. There is a reality in likely not being caught.What is more there is nothing that could be done intil the copyright has been registered. The copyright notice is another thing that is to beconsidered as to liability. Basically your mode of use of even copyrighted new ought not be an infrigment.
