I have some photographs that I want to copyright but I have no idea on how to start. What do I do? Who do I see? Please tell me as much as you can. I truly appreciate any help. Thanks, Deborah Deborah Robinson, The copyright law applies to what you create. Registering the copyright enables enforcement. A proper copyright notice is notice to the public that you claim the copyright, registration enables enforcement. The law seems surprisingly simple but getting the advantage of it can be tricky unless you know what and how to do it, including time elements for registration. M. Arthur Auslander
