Copyright protects the author's original creative expression as contained in the work but DOES NOT usually extend to any idea, procedure, process, method, system, discovery, name or short title or slogan. To register your photos for copyright protection, you must file the photos along with the appropriate application at the Library of Congress. We can help. For $299 including government filing fees, our attorneys will prepare and file application forms for up to two authors or contributors and initial filing of deposit material delivered to the United States Register of Copyrights.
