Will someone help me clarify the following point.
I am very much under stress.
I signed a authors warranty transimitting copyright to
a Journal. Despite 4 moths have elapsed the Journal
has not advised my anything. The paper is topical
and if not published immediately will loose its
significance. Frustrated I sent it to another
Journal which is ready to publish immediately.
Can I withdraw my article from the first journal now?
and let the second Journal publish it? If so what
will be my liability towards the first journal ?
