Hi,
I have searched the forum without success. I have taken several photos of my animals, which I will be posting to the internet. I would like to include a disclaimer of some sort that states that I retain the rights to the image, and it cant be used by others without my permission ... but I dont know the "legalese" :P
Can someone help with a general disclaimer for me please?
In case you're wondering, within the snake trade, there are many people who would represent thier animal as mine ... and then could charge accordingly!
