Unless you have a reputation in the business or personally know the decision makers, the odds are there is nothing you can do. If you write the company and tell them that you have an idea without telling them what it is, the chances are they will send you an agreement to sign before they will look. I call such agreement "A Waiver of the American Flag". The usual agreement provides that what you disclose will not be in conficence. Unless you have a "good" patent to protect you, the odds are they can freely use what you tell them, legally. I can be very tough out there. I might be able to advise you as to some alteratives open to you and show you what you can do yourself. I would have to charge for that. There is no guarantee that you will make money but you will be reassured what not to do and how to go about maximizing the potential of your ideas.
