I have designed and maintained a 4 color brochure, and printing. At this time the customer found a cheeper printer, and they are requesting the actual disk. In the olden days we would without any second thought give the customer the negs and plates and pasteup (art boards) but now the muscle too? What could be done to prevent this issue?
