Copyrights don't cover ideas, only the mode of expression. If there is any patentability in what is written about you my be jeopardizing any patent rights you have. If you discuss something that is patented or patent pending, you are not in any trouble unless you had confidential access to the the information you use and have violate that confidence. M.
