Dear Francis Farmer, It looks silly to me. Without taking professsional responsibility, you own the image you have created. You may not use the image without permission, just as they can't use the picture you took. I do not believe that they can do anything to you in court. You may be able to obtain any attorney's fees you incur for their bringing a senseless action. They may be able to enjoin you from using the image but I don't think there is a cause of action unless you threaten to use the image. M. Arthur Auslander
