It botheres me when i don't know thw answers.
My gut says there is risk in; doing that. There is a cut off year on recordings. Recordings prior to a ceratain year had not protection. A logical cut off yearr would be 1978 or 9 when the new copyright law cam into effect. My recollection says that the cut off year is 1958. I don't know why. I would be pleased to take an assigment to research the problem.
