: I am creating a program book for a local non-profit organization. The organization is performing a free show to the public based on an old TV show. Is it okay to use an altered interpretation of the show name and logo on the program book? Is it okay to create mock photo images of the characters? ie: The Incredible Hulk...now The Incredible Hunk. Dear Kathy, There can be serious risks under, copyright, trademark and unfair competion law. Just getting away with it, is possible. Once involved with a legal problem, it is expensive even if you are right. It may be possible to get releases. M. Arthur Auslander
