Unusual Copyright Question[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ Copyright Forum ] [ FAQ ] Posted by Mystyrain on March 13, 1999 at 15:01:35: I have searched everywhere for an answer to this question and haven't been able find anything. Any help that you can give would be deeply appreciated. I, and some of my friends, have been working on creating a MUD. A MUD is a multi user dungeon. Think Dugeons and Dragons on the net with the possibility of thousands of players at once. Also, a MUD is text based, there are no graphics just source code and room descriptions etc., etc. My problem is, I don't know which forms to file to copyright something like this and I am not positive what exactly can be copyrighted (ie code and room descripts). Plus, I am pretty much in the dark about this IPP thing. I know I am asking for a lot of information but even the tiniest snippet would be a huge help to me. I would appreciate ANY help that any of you could give. Could you please email me at Mystyrain8@aol.com? Thank You, Lucinda Miracle
