: Please, somebody help!
: I've always thought that short phrases could not be
: coyrighted in the U.S. (It says this in circular 34
: and when I called the copyright office they confirmed
: this). But recently I've seen that people such as
: comedians Paul Rosa and Ashleigh Brilliant have
: copyrighted short bumper-sticker phrases.
: This is important for some research I'm doing.
: Does anyone know anything about this?
: If so please contact me at richlev@wam.umd.edu
: Thank you,
