: I had to deliver a flash file (a combination of pictures and text and animations ) for a client and at the end of the file I made up a slogan to finish it off. : I now find that the client is using my slogan, from the flash file, to promote his business in the form of other advertising as in posters signage and the like, featuring just the slogan. : Do I have any recourse ? can I charge him a fee for using it
