I maintain a worship-related bulletin board located in the hallway of a church building. In the column labeled TODAY..., I would like to quote a paragraph from a book without making any comment on it,(other than something at the top in bold letters, such as Preparing to Worship). Does this fall under fair use, and is there a limit as to the number of words which I may use in a quote? I certainly intend to give credit to the author and the published work.
