I am the author of a gambling system which I have been selling for a few years in e-book form. I have found a site which is displaying it, word for word, and another which is selling it. I have contacted both domains asking it to be removed, who they say they will contact the people responsible. I have had no reply since. What are my options? Any good advice would be much appreciated.
