: We have had our domain name www.suntansupply.com for almost three years. We hired a company that has recentily gone out of business for our hosting and design needs. When the company went out of business they failed to renew our domain name. Upon searching the register.com we have found a company in Chili has purchased our domain name. We explained the chain of events to them reguarding the loss of our name. The company offered our name back to us for $100,000.00, is this legal? Is this cyber squating? Please help me. : We have a pending application for a Federal Registration for a federal trademark, for the name Suntan Supply.
