Use of Video segments

: Our church is putting together a Christmas pageant. We would like to use several seconds (about 30) of 2 movies to be shown during the pageant. The pageant will be strictly non-profit. Do we need to obtain permission to use the seconds of film? We contacted the studio that produced the movies and they indicated the cost would be several thousands of dollars! Our budget is very limited and there is no way we could pay for that. Does this qualify for Fair Use? Any opinion would be helpful.
