The Newspaper in question has used the photographs twice now and each time used the same photo twice. Together with the photo, the article is not exactly attractive!!

Newspapers write what they want most of the time - and I understand that. But I just can not see how they have the legal right to use my photograph without payment or permission to see their papers.

Please advise me.
