I would guess that you are not a law student. Once you are in law school it will be easier to get a holisitc picture of the law and make realistic career decisions. Clerking with lawfirms may help get that perspective or insight as to what you really want and the possibility of being able to get is. Even in copyright law there are infinite sub specialties. A look at the broad field of Intellectual Property may help prepare you and help you find what you want.
