What I need to know now is how do I copywright it in USA or UK. : Dear Mr. Horan, : I am impressed by your web pages and their sophistication. : My unresearched understanding of the law is that in the UK, under the Berne Convention your publication is protected as a copyright. Under the Universal Copyright convention a copyright notice is required, "c" in a circle, your name and the year of publication. With that, at least at the publication, there is multicountry protection. : Registration must be had in counties for enforcement. It is my unresearched belief, that there is no need to register, if you have published in the UK, nor in other countries until you want or have to enforce the copyright. : The copyright notice is essential for multinational protection. : I strongly suggest that you get an opinion from an IP solicitor that you can trust. : It looks like you have found serenity. : M.
