If I understand correctly what I've been reading from previous postings, an idea cannot be copyrighted, only the result of it. Therefore, the only way to protect an idea would be to disclose it only under a confidentality agreement. Is it the same thing as a non-disclosure agreement ? Can suc a document be signed between individuals as opposed to companies ?
