The site is a free site available to anyone on the internet. : : The broadcaster performs a striptease for general public viewing, exposing themself from head to toe. A viewer, one of hundreds, captures the event displayed on their terminal as a digital image. : : Can the viewer copyright the image? Or can the broadcaster claim using rights to performance? : : What if the viewer posted the image to the internet,on a non-commercial site, disclosing no information regarding the subject other than that offered by the broadcaster themselves, in this case a face and a body? Did this person in this instance negate their right to privacy? What if it was a commercial site? Most likely a web master could only exhibit the material, since use of the digital image to promote the site may infringe on the brodcasters right to publicity.... : : just curious any thoughts?
