If your work has been taken, there is a lot you can do. We start with a Reality Check (sm) to help you avoid trouble in advance.
The courts are very sympathetic under the copyright law but it still may cost to prove you are right.
It is unlikely that you will find a lawyer to work on a contingency. If there has been a taking a court may award damages and plaintiff's attorney's fees.
