My father owns a real estate business and had a local telecommunications company develop his website. They were able to develop the necessary program by accessing the MLS system, which he provided the password for. Now they are trying to sell the same programming to other realtors. Does my father have any rights to his site? Can he prevent others from obtaining and using the program that was created for him?
