Dear Tameka Williams, If you have a Federal Registered Trademark, that is a good start. Otherewise there may be risk of conflict with the mark you use. The Copyright law protects what you create. Enforcment requires special proceeures which must be followed for proper protection. If you know what you are doing, there is no need to wait. M. Arthur Auslander
