At least a lawyer is held to professional standards. There are consumer scams from non lawyers for copyright in particular and patents are a $100M+ a year scam even though they get patents. Copyrights are inexpensive. The filing fee is only $30. It would help if you knew what you are doing so that you don't make a mistake. M. Arthur Auslander
