: How do you copywright a new card game with its own cards? Is there anything else that has to be done? Dear Brian, The cards and their design can have a copyright registered as well as the instruction. The usual way to do this is to consult a competant Inellectual Property lawyer you can trust. It should not be expensive. A trademark is another good idea to protect the name of the game. M. Arthur Auslander
