I am a graphic designer. I have a prospective client who is hesitant to sign a contract with me to produce a 1 or 2/color logo design that will have to be translated into varied formats from 1/color to 4/color at a later date. I would not charge him as much for this job if he agrees to let me keep the copyright of the design now. If I choose to sell him the copyright, how much can I mark up the job?
