An ex employee has taken our information on the magazine and registered web addresses and a limited company in the name of the magazine. He now is saying that the magazine is his. He was with us for a short time, did not sign our standard contract, so no restrictions. He has no money and if I attempt an injunction he will use this to extract money. Any suggestions? Dear Mr. Harrington, Are you a US Company or a UK company? Is the employee in the same country? The Laws of both countries are very similar but there may be technical differneces in tactics. It is clearer to me what can be done in the US. M. Arthur Auslander
