My publishing company is launching a new magazine in the UK in November. An ex employee has taken our information on the magazine and registered web addresses and a limited company in the name of the magazine. He now is saying that the magazine is his. He was with us for a short time, did not sign our standard contract, so no restrictions. He has no money and if I attempt an injunction he will use this to extract money. Any suggestions?
