Dear Mr. Ramjit-Jones, Without taking any professional responsibility for the answer, nor researching it, I think the taping is an infringement and the Caribean playing is also. Copyrights are international, though they have to be registered locally for enforcement. I seem to recollect one of the only few places without copyright protection is Jamaica. M. Arthur Auslander
