: Can a web site be copyrighted? Either in its way of doing
: business or in the way it functions to perform its business?
A copyright can be obtained on the image of the web site and on the code that creates the image. It is possible that if there is a novel interaction that a patent might be obtainable. Copyrights only protect the mode of expression not the idea or concept.
