Is it an infringement on copyright laws to use the photogtaphs? If so, would it be possible to use a portion of them? Dear Mari, It is good that you are as perceptive as you are. Paying for a portrait only give you the ownership of the picture not the rights in the image created. Unless there is a written assignment, there is a serious risk.
