My nephew created a web page of my artistic photos 3 years ago and now I have an agency in India who wants to reproduce them for electronic textbooks. None of the photos have been registered for copyrights but I believe my nephew stated that they were not for use in the public domain. In the 80's I read that if you claimed a copyright you were covered. Also does the term "all rights reserved" cover me under the international treaty?
