We have produced a freely avaliable advertising brochure, with different items of our jewellery lines, for distribution to the general public. : I've noticed a couple of our trade customers have produced scanned images of some of these items on their web sites. One is still buying the items from us & the other is now making his own copy jewellery. : No copywright was taken on the brochure or jewellery design. Can I stop them using the images? Dear Mr. Mc Millan, It is wise to always use the Universal Copyright Covention "c" in a circle to fully protect your rights. We believe that there is good relief available under US law if there copying or us in the US. M. Arthur Auslander
