What are the steps? Do I need legal help? Are there special forms needed? : Thank You Dear Dawn, Looks like you need a trademark or service mark. The copyright on the cards should be properly registered. Since you don't know what to do, of course you need legal help. You can click on the Copyright Page of this Forum and get the answers with regard to copyright. Lawyers, whether you like it or not stay in business because even if you read the law, and regulations, it is difficult to know if what you do is right or in the right way. You have to find a lawyer that you can trust who knows Intellectual Property. I had a trademark client that tried to save money by doing there own applciation. They came back and let me take are of their Intellectual Property Law need. Soon thereafter they sold the whole business for a good price. M. Arthur Auslander
