: : Hello, : : I'm a photographer (student) in the San Diego, CA area. I took some pictures of my friend, I developed them (paid for them ) and then created a web site with the pictures I took over a year ago. Today one of the models I used calls me and says that she gave no "written consent" about the pictures being on the web site and that I need to remove the images within 24hrs or she "can" take legal action. Is this true? Did I break and law. The web site in question is www.nuclear.iwarp.com. It's basically my on-line portfolio just in case I every wanted to show a potential employer my work without a actual "portfolio" to show. : : The pictures were NOT in bad taste I'm making NO money off of them and to date the site only has 161 hits after a year. : : Where do I stand with?
