But if you write an essay, article, brochure or book about the program, then what you write can be copyrighted, in which case you should go to the Library of Congress Web site for more info. A copyright cannot protect and idea. Under a recent decision it is now possible to patent a business method. There might be patentable novelty in the concept. M. Arthur Auslander
