Everyone has their hand out. The Official Fee just went up 50% to $30. You can do it yourself if you know how. Even if you do it yourself you still have to know what and why. The copyright law covers what is created from the moment of creation. Registration give the right to sue. The law can't be put in a paragraph. You have 100 years in which to apply for registration.
