: Excuse my impetuousness but huh? There was not one shred of answer in your reply. Since this seems to be a thorny question, would you at least be willing to commit to perpetuity the addresses of sites that deal specifically with established copyright law and USENET?

The short unresearched answer is that it looks to me like it is all infringement even with your attempt at mitigation.
