i am a senior researcher for the center for international relations and strategic studies of the foreign service institute, of the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs.
my main field of specialization is on the law of the sea. my boss merely asked me to research on the WIPO and how the Philippines can benefit from such. i know it's really way out
of my expertise, but...such is life :-)
