Do our previous employers have a right to ask us to remove the information, even though we are being clear that individuals within our newly formed company produced the work in part rather than in total? : Also were do we stand in terms of work that is subcontracted to us, if we sign contracts that waif "all moral rights" can we not mention on our site that we produced the work? : Thanks in advance... : R. Egad!! You may be able to do it but you are treading on a nest of vipers. Each aspect of what is planned must be carfully worked out. Lawyer love the mistakes you can make, those that get paid to defend you and those that get paid to sue you. I'm not saying it can't be done but there is no simple answer without a lot of thought and consideration. You may want to avoid expensive legal fee but it will cost you more if you make a mistake because you don't know what to do. Note the service mark below Elaine's Workshop. M. Arthur Auslander
