Commercial Rights

I have written a game with many pages of
written rules, setting descriptions, etc.

I send 2 copies to the LoC,(etc.,etc.,).
I have it published.A customer buys my game.

Has the buyer acquired any commercial rights ?
Unless I specifically state that I am transferring
commercial rights it is my understanding of the
law that I retain them but I haven't yet found
where that is expressly stated in the UCC or
the Copyright Statutes
