: The company that I work for puts on motorsports events that are sometimes held on "public" roads that have been closed for the event. Since these events can go on for miles, there is no way that we can totally restrict access. The events are televised and we have attempted to give the tv production company exclusive rights. Is there anything we can do if someone tapes the events without our "authority" and then sells the tapes to the participants or the public? I guess the question is: Can we keep unauthorized persons from taping our events and then selling the tapes? If so, how? : Thank you for any assistance you might be able to give. : Ron Graybill
