I work for a private healthcare company and I have an
idea that I have been working on to create a software
program that I feel would be very useful to our program
and others like it. I am in a quandry thought. . . do
I let them know that I am working on such a program with
my computer whiz brother or do I keep hush, hush until I'm
done. I would like to market the program to them and
other programs like them. However, as their employee,
will they try to challenge me for ownership? I have not
worked on the program at work, only at home on my own time.
Any suggestions? They have alot of lawyers on their
board. Thanks, Terry
